The resort at the red setting

Please see below some information about Lake Taupo Holiday Resort, and the protocols that apply at the Red Setting.

Under restrictions for the RED setting in the traffic light system, the Resort is still completely open and operating, as we do have a NO VACCINATION = NO STAY policy in place.

We also have a 2-meter distance and a mask or face-covering requirement when talking to and interacting with staff members. All guests are required to scan into the Resort with the COVID tracer app.

In Temptations Cafe, our on-site Cafe and Ice Cream Parlour, guests are required to wear a face-covering until seated, and remain seated when not eating and ordering. Please also maintain a minimum distance of 1 metre between other guests

At the Lagoon Bar, face-coverings are required when ordering at the walk-up side, but not when in the pool ordering from the swim-up side. Once you have ordered from the Bar, please move away from the counter at both sides of the bar.

The pool does not have a 100 person limit as it is a private pool only accessible to guests in-house and not the general public. However, we do request that all guests respect others' social distance.
